
BOOKING SCHEDULER PROFILE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling and interacting with clients via telephone, email, and web chats and performing a range of duties which includes gathering required information in preparation for the client's appointments
Assist clients in establishing/scheduling, following-up, changing or canceling appointments, ensuring clients have access to the services to complete appointments or related services, accurately recording client information, preventing double-bookings, taking messages, and routing calls as appropriate
Maintains registration flow by efficiently moving clients through the process and readying them for service
Manages high volume inbound and outbound calls on time
SKILLS:
Attention to detail, excellent phone etiquette, and customer service
Advanced knowledge of scheduling software, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Filemaker database applications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
